I'm back with another Recipe Roundup! Recently my favorite food Instagrams have been killing it with the pasta content and I knew I had to share with you all. There is never a wrong time for pasta. If anyone tells you otherwise, then you need to cut that kind of negativity out of your life. You always need pasta. Pasta, pasta, and more PASTA! That's my motto.
Creamy Cauliflower Pasta With Pecorino Bread Crumbs
Recipe: @alisoneroman for @nytcooking

This pasta is simultaneously decadent and homey. I don't know how Alison Roman does it, but I'm drawn to every recipe she creates and this one is no exception. This pasta is filled with two of my favorite things: cauliflower and cheese. Cheese is incorporated into every aspect of this dish from the sauce to the breadcrumbs. This is the perfect dish for someone to take their mac and cheese to the next level. Plus there's vegetables in there, so it's pretty healthy. Right?
Spring Pasta with Burrata, Peas, and Mint
Recipe: @whatsgabycookin

This pasta is perfect for spring. The mint and peas bring a lot of color to this dish, which makes it really stand out. The shallots and garlic bring the flavor you're looking for. The crowning gem of this dish is the burrata. I love the creaminess burrata brings to a dish and I think that will contrast nicely with the crunch of the peas. You truly can't go wrong with burrata. This meal can be ready in 20 mins or less, so it's the ideal solution for a quick weekday dinner.
Mushroom Carbonara
Recipe: @mollybaz for @basically

I love a good carbonara and this recipe hits it out of the park. This dish comes from Bon Appétit's sister website, Basically, which offers readers simple meals to prepare. Most of the ingredients for this recipe are probably already in your pantry, so there's no excuse not to make it. It'll make all your cheesy dreams come true. Mushrooms replace the pancetta, so even your vegetarian friends can enjoy this dish. It'll be perfect for your next dinner party with a glass of wine in hand.
